Sustainability / Building Science Specialist

Alexander and Co Ltd is a company integrating building science into everyday building practice.  We investigate buildings, optimise building performance, manage build quality, offer computer modelling of building performance and have a range of testing services that verify building performance.

We have an opening for a graduate in construction technology with preferably 5 years work experience.  A masters degree is preferred but not essential.

The job would offer diversity plus great learning and career development opportunities.

Work would include;

·       Project management of building works

·       Blower door testing

·       Site based façade testing

·       Sustainability auditing

·       Quality management

Plus there is opportunity for advancement into many other interesting work experiences.

The position is based in Auckland.
