The position requires a person with good skills and experience in estimating, procurement and financial administration of new building and repair projects.

A tertiary qualification in quantity surveying and a sound knowledge and experience of New Zealand building codes, standards and practices is preferred.

In addition a client service work ethic, and good communication skills will be required as it is intended that direct contact and ‘fronting’ projects with clients will be the ‘norm’.

Senior Architectural Technician/Designer (Auckland) 

We are seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to undertake a variety of exciting and interesting projects!

Senior Architectural Technician/Designer (Auckland) 

We are seeking an experienced Draughting and Design Technician to join our high achieving team.

Your experience will include draughting and documenting of projects using ArchiCAD. You will be working in a team and alongside a Registered Architect.

A good understanding of the New Zealand Building Code would be beneficial, however we provide both internal and external training. 

Opportunities will be available to work with our clients based throughout the country, with projects from concept phase through to project completion.

You will be required to have NCAD or an Architectural Degree with atleast 2 years ArchiCAD experience.
