Steve Alexander - Director & Company Founder
Steve's reputation as one of the leading building surveyors in the country comes from his 26 years experience in delivering outcomes to clients which stand the test of time. He is a Fellow of the Arbitrators' and Mediators' Institute of New Zealand Inc. (FAMINZ), and a Member of the NZIBS, the BOINZ and the NZIOB. Steve has been involved in the management of a wide range of building projects ranging from the construction of commercial buildings to domestic housing. He is widely sought after for his expertise in leaky home remediation and dispute resolution processes and has built a team around him, at Alexander & Co, to ensure the highest standards are consistently met.

Jason Grady - Building Surveyor Manager
Jason has worked in the construction industry since 1989, initially in the UK both in the public and private sectors covering a wide range of experience from construction site management, site surveying and the full range of building surveying activities. He joined Alexander & Co Ltd in 2009 where he is part of the management team and heads up the Ministry of Education Department.

Peter Gillingham - Senior Chartered Building Surveyor
Peter's extensive background in the UK construction industry gives him a detailed understanding of how things work in construction, and not just on the drawing board.
He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the NZIBS, the BOINZ and an Associate of AMINZ. Peter has worked for a number of local authorities
in New Zealand, which allows him a rounded perspective on weathertight homes issues for clients, understanding the consenting rules and processes from the inside.
He has appeared as an expert witness in the High Court, adjudications and mediations.

Keith Rankine - Senior Chartered Building Surveyor
Keith's experience as a carpenter and joiner, prior to becoming a qualified building surveyor in the UK, means he has a detailed understanding of what happens in the building industry. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Keith approaches issues from a practical building perspective. Keith has also provided his expertise at many mediations and his expertise has helped ensure clients have the right solutions in a timely manner, and at an acceptable cost.
